We sponsor Bransby Horses Rescue and Welfare and the beautiful Bransby Impressario – Imp.

Imp is a 10 year old Trakehner gelding ridden by Carrie Adams of Centre Lines Dressage. Imp is an “Ambassador for Charity” after being rescued as a yearling by Bransby Horses Rescue & Welfare. He was one of the lucky ones. His previous owner fled to Spain with the rest of his herd, where 16 horses including Imp’s mother Inaara were allegedly starved to death.

Bransby Horses Rescue & Welfare is one of the biggest British horse charities. They operate two centres in the UK, one in Lincolnshire and the other in Herefordshire. They care for over 400 horses across these two sites. A great deal of emphasis is placed on rehabilitation and a desire to help these rescued horses become much loved riding horses.

Imp is an outstanding example of this, already having qualified for the regional championships and now working towards medium level. He is a proud figurehead for the work this brilliant charity do.

Sue is delighted to be in a position to support Bransby Horses Rescue & Welfare and Bransby Impressario.
